DACA, Waivers and Other Types of Cases We Handle:
In addition to the other types of cases listed, we do also handle several additional case types. DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) is a relatively new form of relief that allows those who meet certain criteria to stay in the US for a specified period of time. While there are possibilities that the timeframe will be extended, there is also a possibility that, depending on who the next President of the US is, this program could end. It is for this reason, as well as other downfalls of this program that it is important to determine if DACA is right for you.
In addition, we also provide services to those who require waivers of inadmissibility. This includes those who have committed crimes, committed immigration fraud, with certain illnesses, as well as those who may be inadmissible for other reasons as well. In most cases the criteria for the waiver is to show extreme hardship to a US relative (usually a spouse, child or parent, or a particular subset of those relatives). We help evaluate the case, collect documentation to prove hardship, and work with clients to present the strongest possible case to Immigration.
Please call us with any questions about the above two cases types.
